Reed and Son have been our plumbers for 2 decades. They have never disappointed - and the most recent experience was no different: Joe and Ryan were prompt, courteous, and efficient; they explained our options clearly, and when finished they cleaned up so thoroughly that they shamed the rest of the house 😊

Vince and Hunter were outstanding! They always arrived on time and they worked quickly and efficiently. They explained everything that needed to be done and did it expertly. When they ran into a problem they explained what had to be modified and cheerfully went about fixing the problem. They were friendly and helpful and everything as clean as when they got here. considering the high price of everything plumbing related, I think they gave us a very good price.

Alex and Shad were on time, a little early. Went straight to work and completely replaced a shower faucet assembly together with a valve cartridge in another shower. Great attitude, very courteous and pleasant. Thank you guys. John

Highly recommend! Vince and Hunter were on time and communicated well. They installed my kitchen faucet and gave recommendations for a water softener system. I believe the hard water created the environment for my prior leaky faucet…5 Stars!!

First repair: They fixed an issue 58 foundations made moving my hot water heater to get to the wall. They did a professional quick job. Balanced the heater, got the right fittings on and proper gluing. Very open to issues and told it like it was. Highly recommend esp if you get Nick from Reed. - 2nd repair: Had Nick come for a hose line repair after it burst over the winter. Good quote n got it done quickly n correctly.

Dallas provided excellent customer service. He explained every step and did not charge for items not necessary. The work was completed in a timely manner and he cleaned up the work area. All new plumbing is professionally installed and labeled. I will definitely continue to use their services.

Shad was extremely knowledgeable, straight forward, and went above and beyond what we originally called him/the company for. Not only did he fix our faucet, he educated us on manufactured materials/ best places to get them and warranties, as well as educating us on some other fixes we will need in the near future. 100% will be using this company, specifically Shad, again. Very personable, witty, and intelligent. Price wise- definitely on the pricier side, but you will understand why when you compare their work, quality of service, and expertise to other companies. Showed up late Sat afternoon I thought I’d have to wait until Monday. Installed the shutoff valve on the shower water pipe quick and efficiently. Scheduled the major shower valve replacement Wed morning, fitting my schedule perfectly.

Shad did a great a job tracking down the problem and fixing everything. We had a leak in our basement ceiling. He was careful with our stuff, always putting down protective drop cloths and avoiding cutting drywall when possible. While waiting for the repair to set, he tested our water and consulted on our water treatment/filtration needs. Top notch service!!

We got a new hybrid electric water heater installed by Reed and Son. Very thorough description of the work was provided by Chad. Work was completed quickly by Chad and Nicholas, who cleaned up afterward nicely. The job was done at a very reasonable cost. I was very happy with the experience of working with Reed and Sonand would do it again!

Joe and Dylan came out to quote a job I needed to have done. They came out for free, explained everything in detail, provided a quote on the spot and offered to start the job right then and there. They did a great job, were very professional and didn’t try to make any unnecessary upsells or pitch any holy subscription services. Very happy with the work and experience!

Nick was very professional and explained everything in great detail for me.

We had an emergency and Dallas was able to come out within hours of our call ( which was in the middle of the night ) ! He was professional, knowledgeable and very detailed and thorough in explaining everything he was doing throughout the process. Dallas went above and beyond by walking me through some important maintenance tips for our water system which I really appreciated.
