Yes. Reed and Son Plumbing offers a yearly Protection Plan designed to help homeowners maintain their plumbing system and reduce unexpected repair costs. The plan includes annual plumbing and sewer inspections, a standard water heater flush, priority service, waived dispatch and applicable overtime fees, a 10% discount on eligible services, and a 2-year warranty coverage. Optional add-on maintenance services are also available for items like water softeners, RO systems, and tankless water heaters. The annual cost is $149 and renews automatically each year.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and we are closed on major holidays so our team can enjoy time with their families and recharge.
However, we do offer after-hours emergency plumbing services and have technicians on call for urgent situations. If your issue is not an immediate emergency, please leave us a voicemail and our team will return your call first thing the next business morning.
