    Needed our well pump checked and made appt for following week.Was losing water pressure even more by next day , so we asked for sooner and they came same day.     Professional, prompt and friendly. They explained all of the systems we had installed in a clear, easy to understand way. They cleaned up after themselves and set up the new water heater, water softener, water neutralizer and water filter neatly in our storage room.     Not very happy they didn't put nothing back.  They charged me $716. They said that they had a camera put down pipes.  I never got no video of the pipes. They said they're going to charge me another 300 dollars to put toilet back on. Which my wife had everthing already off. I had to put the pipe cap On the end pipe down stairs. Water from shower and toilet ran all over the laundry room. Wife didnt know that until the day after when she had to do laundry.  I'm very disappointed with this plumbing service. I'm thinking about calling the better business Bureau, and also the Attorney General for consumer affairs.  This was friday. Monday we had the service manager KC came to discuss the issue.  He made it right. Thank you so much for taking the time to look at the situation.
