Cannot recommend this company highly enough. I rarely take time to write reviews but these guys (and women) earned it! From the first answer of the phone (way after hours) through to the conclusion of the job there was kindness, patience and understanding. Technician was extremely knowledgeable, explained things on a real level and was honest with pricing and what was needed. Work was amazing and the tech and helper left the work area in better/cleaner condition than when they started!!

Excellent service from Chad and Chase! They came for a frozen pipe emergency last winter and did a wonderful job, so we had them replace all outside faucets and shutoff valves this summer. Wonderful work, on time, efficient, and reasonable pricing. They found cutoff valves we didn't even know we had!

Quick scheduling, arrived on time! Friendly and helpful, explained and fixed the problem.

Update 8/20/24 New heat pump hot water heater! Complex install but great job as usual! If you want to know why we switched to Reed and sons just ask any of Patrick Reeds technicians…wow they love him as a person and the owner. Very impressed with the many jobs they have now done for us! Joe was great, diagnosed a toilet leak, which turned out to be more complex than I knew. He did a great job repairing the toilet and everything works great! We really like the speed of scheduling and the great work done for us!

Dallas and his counterpart did an excellent job in installing a water softener and also installing a new shower to my bathroom! I will definitely be looking to do have them over for any future plumbing jobs!

We definitely got more than we expected from Nick at Reed and Son. He was very knowledgeable, kind and patient when replacing our UV filter bulb and water filter. We are new to our house, so he explained everything that we had in our water system and what we might want to do to improve upon it.We appreciated that he provided us with information and that we we never felt as if he was just making a sales pitch. If we do move forward, I know that we will call Reed and Son.

This is delayed review - we had our 75 gallon water heater replaced, along with our sump pump last Spring ('26). The prices were definitely reasonable for the top quality heater we installed compared to the competition, we were given several options for the replacement, and more importantly the service was outstanding. Shout out to Vince and Hunter, who were super prompt (literally, showed up exactly on the minute for every appointment) worked efficiently and did a great job on the removal and installations, and advice on maintenance. They'll get the first call on any major plumbing work that we need from here on out.

My sump pump stopped working on Wednesday evening and on Thursday morning Mike & Nick arrived promptly at 9 am to replace it. They were very personable guys and efficient and neat on the removal and install of my new pump. Before beginning Mike explained several options and I went with the one that included an alarm if the pump should ever fail in the future. I have used Reed & Sons in the past and I continue to highly recommend them for any plumbing projects you may have in your home.

Nick from Reed & Son came same day to repair a leaking supply line shutoff valve to my Toto tank and put in a flapper I had bought. He was knowledgeable and competent and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Reed & Son.

Needed our well pump checked and made appt for following week.Was losing water pressure even more by next day , so we asked for sooner and they came same day. Gave us a fair price for replacing pump and they had it done in a few hours.Was very thorough in explaining things and did a professional job.Highly recommend this company!

Had a new whole house water softener installed by Reed and Son in February. Four months later we discovered a problem with the installed softener.
