I called Reeds because our water heater had broken. They had a technician at our house within 30 minutes, a plan and estimate shared with me shortly after that, and had the job done three hours after I had initially called them! The price was reasonable after calling a few other places I knew that Reeds was our best choice. We are so pleased with how quickly and affordably they got the job done and will definitely use them again as needed in the future. Thank you to Alex for your hard work and clear communication!

Mike and Nicholas were courteous and very professional. They placed drop cloths to protect our floors. They explained the operating procedures of our new hot water heater and cleaned up the area after the installation was completed. i would highly recommend them to my friends.

The techs were friendly and informative. They hooked up the waterline for my new refrigerator and replaced the illegal shut off valve that was in place.

Needed an outdoor frost free spigot replaced . Google had indicated you can DIY for a couple hundred. I'm not a DIY person. Couldn't get a ballpark cost by phone. Vince and Dave came next day and replaced the faucet. Excellent service. Just a little dismayed at the $700 bill.

Excellent customer service from initial contact thru job completion- professional and customer centered. They turned our unplanned stressful no-water issue- Well Pump needed replaced- into a manageable unstressful situation. Not very happy they didn't put nothing back. They charged me $716. They said that they had a camera put down pipes. I never got no video of the pipes. They said they're going to charge me another 300 dollars to put toilet back on. Which my wife had everthing already off. I had to put the pipe cap On the end pipe down stairs. Water from shower and toilet ran all over the laundry room. Wife didnt know that until the day after when she had to do laundry. I'm very disappointed with this plumbing service. I'm thinking about calling the better business Bureau, and also the Attorney General for consumer affairs. This was friday. Monday we had the service manager KC came to discuss the issue. He made it right. Thank you so much for taking the time to look at the situation.

Shad (and Phil) did a great job repairing a leaking pipe we had under our kitchen sink and fixing a connection we had in the basement. They answered all of the questions we had, provided different options for the repairs (with different prices so we could pick the best one for our budget), were super quick and efficient, and left everything nice and neat (with no leaks!!!). They did a great job - 5 stars! Thank you!
