This is the second time I’ve worked with Reed and Son. Both times, I worked with Shad. - He came when he said he would. - He understood everything I needed quickly - He knew his stuff and answered all my questions - He wasn’t pushy about anything - He gave me options, with rough pricing on the spot so I could make a quick decision - He gave me a final quote a few minutes after we finished going over everything - He actually came out himself to do the work with his team, they didn’t send one guy for sales and then surprise me with someone new for the actual work - The rest of the team that came out were all great. - I think their pricing is very reasonable, and they stick with their upfront pricing even if they run into some unexpected issues along the way. They also communicate well and they are usually available pretty quickly. They replaced all the plumbing running to an upstairs bathroom on the first visit (no issues since it was installed a year or so ago), and this time they re-plumbed another bathroom we’re renovating and replaced our water heater all in one day.

Butch and Patrick were great. They took care of the clogged sink in sure and then got rid of the sediment in the line to open the line.

My sewer pipe broke from my home a week ago. I immediately called and Son Services LLC. Not only did they put in my new sewer piping, they serviced my on demand water heater, which they put in and replaced my water line. They did this all this in one day. Everything went so smoothly. They are the best plumbers that are out there. They know exactly what they are doing and can diagnose the problem immediately. Their work is impeccable and exact. I have had them for over 10 years. When they come you know it is fixed right. I have never had to call them back after a repair. My family considers them as part of our family. They are on time, work very hard to please their customers, polite and very professional. They are very straight forward and honest. Not only that, the owner Patrick puts his staff through extensive training to ensure his team is up to date on everything and believe me they are. I only trust them to do repairs in my home. Before the job begins, they explain everything to you and answer all questions. In the past years, I have had other plumbers in my home, who could not diagnose or fix the problem. Joe and Dylan came to my home yesterday to fix two of my basement plumbing issues. Both men were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and orderly. Joe explained well the repairs needed and how they were going to do them.

Update 5-6-26: We had Reed and Son come back to install a water softener, flush our tankless water heater, and replace an outdoor hose bib. Mike and Collin were kind, professional and helpful. We’re super happy with their work again! Reed and Son Plumbing was great to work with! They were very knowledgeable about the issues we were having and were able to fix our faucets and showers so they run like new again. They also found a slow leak in our basement on the main line that we had them fix as well. A few days before they came, our garbage disposal started leaking and they were able to replace that with one they had in the van, which we appreciated. Mike and Ryan G. were so friendly and did an excellent job! We’d use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Chad and Nicholas were great! They came and replaced my pressure regulator and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Reed and Son Services!

Had a leak into my utility room, with the old trusty bucket underneath. I was referred by a coworker to Reed and Sons and very glad for it. KC and Matt came by right at the scheduled time window and quickly discovered the source of my leak, my pressure switch. They were able to give an estimate and fix it on the spot. They also checked my water quality/filters and worked up some estimates for other things that will need to be replaced soon. They were professional, personable, and highly knowledgeable in their craft. Great at explaining things well, so it was easy for me to understand. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured into anything I didn’t need, but given options to fit my house/lifestyle/needs. I would 100% recommend them to anyone I know and will be using them again in the future. Thank you so much!

Mike did a fabulous job for us today. He arrived in short order after I placed the call. He was courteous and mindful of keeping the house clean. He wore covers on his shoes and took them on and off as needed. He showed me the problem and we discussed my options. He also explained the same information to my husband over the phone as he was out of town. Mike had 3 helpers to remove the old water heater and bring in the new. They did a great job and didn’t disturb the house in any way. Mike then went to work installing the new water heater. When he was finished he went over all he had done with me. He showed me how to adjust the new heater and so on. I would highly recommend Reed and Sons for your plumbing needs. They are great and have come through for us on more than one occasion. This is the second time I have used this company. Joe was on time and very professional. He explained the process and my options without pressure.

Plumber, Joe was upfront about what needed to be done, and he gave me a quote. I approved his quote and he got to work. In addition to the work checked he had to reinstall a pedestal sink that had previously been installed incorrectly by another company. It was quite a job. Joe completed all the work that day, and the bill was as he quoted. He was both friendly and professional.

Reed and Sons are a reliable plumbing company who shows up on time, gives me firm estimates which then turn into the bill when they are finished. There is no pressure to get services I don't need. Their plumbers are polite and seem interested in their customer's problems and how to fix them.

Dallas came to the door with a smile and operated as a professional the entire time. He completed the project in what seemed like no time at all. Dallas also offered estimates on future work that may need to be done. Two toilets were repaired on this visit. I would definitely call on Reed and sons again.

I reached out to Reed and Son Services to address a number of plumbing issues. Mike assessed both of my showers, a failed shut off valve, and my water hardness issues. He provided a review of repair options and walked me through the pros and the cons. Mike was very knowledgeable and courteous. We’ve been using them for multiple services and they have been our go-to plumber over the years. Today Butch replaced a leaking water heater that was still under warranty. He not only did a great job replacing the water heater, tested our water, but also patiently explained how the warranty would work with the existing one and other details. We couldn’t be more thankful.

This was my first time using Reed and Son for a garbage disposal installation, and I had a great experience. Appointment arrangement was easy with a single phone call to Shannon at the office regarding a plugged septic system drain. Commitment was 8-10 AM the next day. Mike and Nicholas arrived on time and went right to work. They showed great respect for my property by placing drop cloths everywhere. They worked continuously for five hours without a lunch break. Shad is an incredibly knowledgeable technician. He walked us through everything, explaining how the system functions as well as informing us about legislative and policy updates that will impact us in the future. Shad provided options and a cost-benefit analysis. While not the cheapest company out there, which Shad acknowledged, he also took the time to explain the cost allocation. I don't know about you, but I would much prefer to pay a little more to have it done right the first time than to spring another leak a few weeks from now because I cheaped out. I wish I had taken before and after pics to show you the mess that he rectified because it looks completely different - clean and clearly professionally done versus the amateur mess we had before. This was the first time we used Reed & Son. The scheduler was courteous and kind, and Shad was at my house within an hour. While I hope my house doesn't make a habit out of springing leaks, at least now I know who to call when it does as I will not be calling anyone else.

They were fantastic!!!!!!!! They did great work and were wonderful about informing us and even letting us watch the camera. When they told us what was needed they got us the best price and explained everything to us for us to understand. They were very kind to our animals who tend to bark a lot at new people so that made us feel great.

Butch and Dylan were excellent, very professional, cordial and the workmanship looks top notch. I would call them out for any plumbing issues in future. They performed several tasks, not all are in the list.

Chase and Alex arrived promptly and were very professional and took care of a very tough pipe repair. I had a turnoff valve that had been very slowly leaking on my I beam for who knows how long. They were able to put in new piping and valves successfully with only a small drywall repair needed (thanks to the horrible location of these valves). Clean up was great. I would use them again and highly recommend.

They installed our brand new water tank! They were very nice and super professional the whole time even while working in our excessivly hot basement. They disconnected our hot water from our boiler and shut it down for us in the process. They ran all new lines to certain faucets that needed it from being connected to the boiler lines. They were super thorough and even fixed a recently leaking pipe connection with no problem.
