I’ve used Reed & Sons for water heater at two different homes. Recently had a new hot water heater and neutralizer installed by Reed and Sons. They presented all options available to move forward with along with insight on upcoming regulation changes to help factor into my decision. The team that came out that day (Butch, Mike, Nick, and Cory) were all helpful and gave a thorough understandings the ins and outs of the updated equipment. Prompt follow up 2 weeks after to ensure everything is functioning as it should.

We were grateful for the prompt reply and very pleased with the quality of service. Chad and Chase were honest about the price and also made sure the work was accurate. We appreciated that Chase cleaned up after their work. We will definitely recommend Reed and Son Service.

Saw my hot water heater had a drip leak. Called Reed & Son's. Very pleasant on the phone. They dispatched the technician Nick within the hour. Nick arrived and saw the issue and gave me several options which he offered. The hot water heater was replaced and we were up and running in a few hours. Great job. Nick was very informative and he got along well with our black lab dog!! I didn't meet Shad as he came later. I appreciate their quick response to fix this problem. Thanks!!

Dallas came out for a follow up on the work they did, more specifically on the water softener. The water softener is working very well and everything else they did has been too; e.g. installing a new shower

Joe, Butch,Corey,and Gabe did a great job getting the old septic pipe out and putting the new line in. They all worked very hard from start to finish. They ruff graded the new line and raked it out to finish it off. I will be using Reed and Son on the future for plumbing problems.

Did well but electrician found wires from the disposal removal that was just taped under the sink. It tripped the gfi on the sink plugs. Everything else was done exceptionally well

Update 8/31/26 Joe fixed leaking faucets and replaced our main water filter coming from the well. The new filter is twice as large and has both bypass and pressure bleed valve which are huge improvements over previous filter. Great work as always! Update 8/20/24 New heat pump hot water heater! Complex install but great job as usual! If you want to know why we switched to Reed and sons just ask any of Patrick Reeds technicians…wow they love him as a person and the owner. Very impressed with the many jobs they have now done for us! Joe was great, diagnosed a toilet leak, which turned out to be more complex than I knew. He did a great job repairing the toilet and everything works great! We really like the speed of scheduling and the great work done for us!
