Superior customer service!! We called Reed and Son to have our hot water heater replaced. Not only did they arrive within 20 minutes but had the new water heater installed within 2 hours. Shad was very informative and made sure I understood all facets of the work. Overall, we had a SUPERIOR experience! Highly recommend!

Reed and Son Services, Inc. sends a plumber to your home to determine what the problem is and provides a free quote. Shad came out today and replaced an outdoor spigot which was leaking. We are very happy with the work that Shad did. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.
