Reed and son came out to day and Alex did a great job fixing our problem . They always do great work and all of there guys are top of the line guys .

They were fantastic!!!!!!!! They did great work and were wonderful about informing us and even letting us watch the camera. When they told us what was needed they got us the best price and explained everything to us for us to understand. They were very kind to our animals who tend to bark a lot at new people so that made us feel great.

Butch and Dylan were excellent, very professional, cordial and the workmanship looks top notch. I would call them out for any plumbing issues in future. They performed several tasks, not all are in the list.

Chase and Alex arrived promptly and were very professional and took care of a very tough pipe repair. I had a turnoff valve that had been very slowly leaking on my I beam for who knows how long. They were able to put in new piping and valves successfully with only a small drywall repair needed (thanks to the horrible location of these valves). Clean up was great. I would use them again and highly recommend.

They installed our brand new water tank! They were very nice and super professional the whole time even while working in our excessivly hot basement. They disconnected our hot water from our boiler and shut it down for us in the process. They ran all new lines to certain faucets that needed it from being connected to the boiler lines. They were super thorough and even fixed a recently leaking pipe connection with no problem.

Alex & Chase were at my house yesterday for an emergency because my water completely shut off mid-shower the day before. They were professional and answered all of my questions as the job was moving along so I understand what they were doing. They sent me pictures of the work they completed in an email afterwards. The company is also family owned from what I was told.

We lost water and after calling at 7:05 AM, they had Vince and Hunter onsite before 8AM. They quickly worked through diagnosing the rather bespoke well system at my house. They were able to replace a submersible well pump, update wiring for the inside well pump service, and replace piping at the well pump inside the house by mid afternoon. They thoroughly explained the system and how to maintain it moving forward.

Absolutely fantastic service! I reached out to Reed and Son for toilet repair and some seized water shutoff valves and they did a wonderful job! Fixed everything perfectly, communication was fantastic, price was great, and they were so friendly. They even took care of reaching out to the water company to get my water shut off so the repairs could take place, so I could just sit back and relax. Highly recommend them!

The front desk is wonderfully responsive and helpful. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. They come when they say they will or they always call and check.

UPDATE 4/6/26: Called to have Reed and Son back out as I believed there was an issue with the original work performed. Shad showed up a couple hours later, fixed my "leak" (aka bleeder valve I did not tighten after winterizing my backyard hose), ensured the hose was working, explained how to properly winterize and de-winterize, and left within 10 minutes. Super helpful and overall while their service wasn't needed, I was glad I called. Reed and Son (and Shad specifically) are always helpful. Used their services multiple times and are the only plumbers I will call when I need work.

We had a great experience with Reed & Son and will absolutely call them for our future needs! They were great from start (answering my call & helping me to get an appointment to assess my needs and give me a quote) to execution (delivering on the services). Mike, our tech was great! He was on time, professional, focused on informing us every step of the way and answered all my questions. It’s nice to see people like Mike who are clearly focused on customer experience!

Mike arrived perfectly on time for the scheduled service visit. He quickly diagnosed my plumbing problems, and explained to me the problems and solutions in clear detail. The workmanship was great, and the problems were fully resolved on the first visit.

Great service! 2 technicians came out to fix a leak in our bathtub and were able to replace all the parts and solved another issue while they were here. Definitely calling them again!

Today we had Shad, from Reed and Sons, replace the water supply valves to our kitchen sink and dishwasher as well in install a new Moen Faucet. The job was done quickly and flawlessly. Shad went to great lengths go over the job and provide excellent advise. We will be using Reed and Sons for other plumbing projects that we may need.

I recently had Reed and Son Services install a whole house water filter, a salt-based water softener, a Moen leak shut-off valve, and a new outdoor hose bib at my house.

They gave me a bid on Monday, I accepted on Tuesday, and at my request they came out the following Monday afternoon. Chad and Nicholas showed up right on time, started around 1:00, and had everything finished before 5:00.

The guys were professional, cleaned up everything after themselves, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The work turned out better than I expected, and the price was very reasonable. I'm really happy with how everything looks and functions now.

This review is for the estimate and installation of a hot water heater. We called and received a next day appointment and they were able to show up 3-4 hours early! Hunter & Vince were professional, kind, empathetic to our situation, and good with toddlers. They did a great job installing the HWH and cleaned up after themselves. I feel like we received great service and their pricing was more than fair. Reed & Son is our go-to plumbing services now.
