After having a back-up in my kitchen sink drain that I could not resolve, I can say I am truly thankful to have found Reed and Son Services.

The dispatcher/office person was very kind and efficient. My service team, including Mike, Nicholas & Alex were amazing. Mike & Nicholas arrived half an hour early from the projected time (after a call from the dispatcher confirming it was okay to arrive early). Mike quickly identified the problems, and professionally explained the process in thorough detail. I truly appreciate the extra time he spent with my questions and concerns; especially as a first time client who was a bit nervous about the whole process! Alex arrived shortly after to bring them a suit to go under my homes crawl-space, providing a quick and efficient response to an unexpected situation! Nicholas went in the crawl space, and the team discovered some major issues with the old drain piping. The original piping was not hung correctly (sitting on a wood block), not glued, and even duct taped in parts. As a result of this, the drain line was full of water and even filling up the main line. They replaced the bad drain lines, cleared the drain lines, and redid multiple components under the sink to stop a leak, and corrected the piping under the sink.

I am beyond impressed with the high-quality work I received. I was only expecting a price quote with the timing I had available before my next job, and was amazed they were able to get so much work done so efficiently. I am very thankful to have found a company I can reliably call on for any future plumbing needs.

Alex and Dillon were prompt. I showed them the 5 things I needed addressed and they quickly went to work diagnosing the problems. They had to cut a 6' section of pipe, out of my basement, that was leaking from my upstairs toilet, and replace it with new pipe. They unclogged my 1 drain, assessed the faucet and fixture leaks and ordered the parts to repair. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up before they left.

Shad understood what I wanted and was able to describe and discuss materials and job nuances clearly. Once I gave the go-ahead, the work was scheduled promptly and Shad, Matt, and Chad came out to do the work. They did a great job, the work was done well, with attention to detail and pride of workmanship, and the finished job was exactly as I specified. I've seen a lot of piping in my career as a engineer and these guys do things well. They are definitely my first call for future work.

The professionalism of the two guys that came and immediately figured out the problem with the shower drain that was leaking into our ceiling below.
