My sump pump stopped working on Wednesday evening and on Thursday morning Mike & Nick arrived promptly at 9 am to replace it. They were very personable guys and efficient and neat on the removal and install of my new pump. Before beginning Mike explained several options and I went with the one that included an alarm if the pump should ever fail in the future. I have used Reed & Sons in the past and I continue to highly recommend them for any plumbing projects you may have in your home.

Nick from Reed & Son came same day to repair a leaking supply line shutoff valve to my Toto tank and put in a flapper I had bought. He was knowledgeable and competent and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Reed & Son.

Today Vince and Dillon from Reed & Sons Plumbing were at our home this morning for our annual house/ hot water heater and water filtration system maintenance. As usual they provided great service. They answered all of our questions, and educated me about some well maintenance. All I can say is that they were the best. You simply won’t find a better plumber. I’ve had Reed and Son out several times now to address all manner of plumbing issues (broken well pump, water treatment system install, hot water heater replacement, broken pipes, hidden leaks) and they do a perfect job every time. Every technician I’ve had (Joe, Shad, others) is knowledgeable, friendly, and fixes the problem quickly and for a reasonable price. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Alex and his crew are amazing! They had to repipe my entire house, and from the estimate all the way through a couple things that needed tweaking after, he was extremely reliable, professional, and easy to work with. They’ve also brought my house up to code, installed a water softener, repaired a shower faucet, and replaced a broken toilet. I won’t use anyone else!
