Reed and Son has yet again proven to be the most excellent provider of plumbing services that could possibly be imagined. Nick is a fantastic professional with a personality to match. These are the folks that can be trusted to give their honest opinions and perform the jobs that need to be done in the best way possible. Every business should strive for the level of service and support that Reed and Son offers. Nick came out to help with a simple fix a few weeks ago and caught something that could have become a major issue (and was the likely cause of a series of smaller issues over the years). This was not a “sales” type situation… we truly felt supported and are grateful that we have a local business that we can rely on to keep our house running at its best!

Vince did a fantastic job for us. First he spent a significant amount of time on the phone with the representative from Delta convincing them that a leak in our bathroom facet was not from a part but a manufacturing flaw in the unit. Based on his explanation they sent a total faucet replacement free of charge and Vince returned a few day later to install it. Quick and clean he did the job with his assistant Nick and leak is gone! Highly recommend Reed and Son and Vince.

My Doberman Axl liked them and they liked him. They were quick and efficient and I am happy with the results. I will use Reed and Son again if needed. I also was told about the company giving back to the community which is just a big plus.

We recently had our water heater replaced. Another company had installed the previous unit just one year ago, but it turned out to be a lemon. Instead of helping us properly, I felt like they wanted to keep suggesting repairs that add up in labor costs though it was still under warranty, and not check the entire unit to realize it was no good.

Reed and Sons was a completely different experience. Butch was efficient, friendly, and seemed honest. He took time to explain what was going on and why, noticed something that wasn’t up to code and fixed it. They wore shoe covers, which I really appreciate, and left everything neat and clean unlike the other group.

It was refreshing to find a company that takes pride in their work, follows up, and tests your home with respect. Highly recommend!

Called Reed and Son with hopes of getting someone to the house for a sump pump repair.

Within the hour a team of two guys lead by Alex responded, diagnosed, and replaced the faulty pump and resealed the cap.

My husband & I purchased our "60 year old" home a year ago. When we noticed an issue with our plumbing, we searched online & found "Reed and Son Services LLC" had great reviews in the Westminster area. When Butch & Nicholas arrived, they went right to work and located the issue. Butch explained what they found, what was needed to fix the issue and the cost associated. They were professional and respected us and our home. Everything was fixed the same day and the "foot booties" were a plus. In the future, we will know who to call if any other plumbing issues arise.

Another great experience with Reed and Sons replacing our water heater. KC provided the information I was looking for as we were considering a hybrid unit. We then scheduled the installation. Mike and Nicholas arrived as scheduled, completed the installation and explained the operation of the new unit to my wife. I then, as usual, received a follow up call from Shelby to ask if we our expectations were met and to be sure to call if we have any questions. This is a great company with outstanding customer service!

Mike did an awesome job replacing pipes in my bathroom. Described procedure, informed on certain steps, put down protective tarps were needed and did an outstanding cleanup when finished. Also thanks to Karmon who drove out special when Mike needed help to steady new pipe hookups. Highly recommend!

Alex and Dillon were prompt. I showed them the 5 things I needed addressed and they quickly went to work diagnosing the problems. They had to cut a 6' section of pipe, out of my basement, that was leaking from my upstairs toilet, and replace it with new pipe. They unclogged my 1 drain, assessed the faucet and fixture leaks and ordered the parts to repair. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up before they left. They came back and finished all the needed repairs.

Needed help with a half-bath remodel. I couldn't get the faucet connections to stop leaking. Finally decided to call in the experts. Gus took care of everything. He also took the time to explain what I was doing wrong although my plumbing days are over. I feel like I can trust Patrick Reed and his staff to do the right thing.

After having a back-up in my kitchen sink drain that I could not resolve, I can say I am truly thankful to have found Reed and Son Services.

The dispatcher/office person was very kind and efficient. My service team, including Mike, Nicholas & Alex were amazing. Mike & Nicholas arrived half an hour early from the projected time (after a call from the dispatcher confirming it was okay to arrive early). Mike quickly identified the problems, and professionally explained the process in thorough detail. I truly appreciate the extra time he spent with my questions and concerns; especially as a first time client who was a bit nervous about the whole process! Alex arrived shortly after to bring them a suit to go under my homes crawl-space, providing a quick and efficient response to an unexpected situation! Nicholas went in the crawl space, and the team discovered some major issues with the old drain piping. The original piping was not hung correctly (sitting on a wood block), not glued, and even duct taped in parts. As a result of this, the drain line was full of water and even filling up the main line. They replaced the bad drain lines, cleared the drain lines, and redid multiple components under the sink to stop a leak, and corrected the piping under the sink.

I am beyond impressed with the high-quality work I received. I was only expecting a price quote with the timing I had available before my next job, and was amazed they were able to get so much work done so efficiently. I am very thankful to have found a company I can reliably call on for any future plumbing needs.
