Joe and Gabe came this morning to fix our pipe valve in the basement and did an outstanding job. They arrived on time and completed the work within a timely manner. Joe showed us what the pipe looked like prior to the work vs the new installed pipe which gave us some insight on what was truly happening. We would highly recommend Reed and Son services.

I water heater pilot light went off. We couldn’t get it to start. We could Reed And Son and tell them the problem and they sent The technician over to our house within an hour. They Were able to reset the pilot and show us how to do it our sale next time. We really appreciate their work.

Good thing for our chickens. If our chickens didn’t get loose, I wouldn’t have hear a noise at our well cap. If I didn’t hear a noise at our well cap, I wouldn’t have known to call Reed & Son. If I didn’t call Reed & Son, a major problem would have turned into a catastrophe. I’m still shocked by how quickly the team was able to identify and mitigate a major leak. What could have been twice as long and twice as expensive to fix with another vendor was solved same-day without additional damage and inconvenience. I don’t think I’ve ever had this level of service from a contractor. Special thanks to Alex, Butch, and Shannon for being patient and genuinely interested in helping solve my problems. Thanks to them, my problem is solved, my family is back to normal, and I have an action plan to manage my water for the long term.

Mike & Nicholas were very prompt, professional, and polite. Quality work co.pleted quickly with minimal household disruptions. Suggested possible additional replacement of water pressure regulator but did not pressure us to replace it and confirmed it was working OK following a pressure test -- I appreciated the honesty. Our gas water heater went out last night. Reed and Son came Out the next day With a very knowledgeable and resourceful, technician presented me with several different proposals. We agreed upon going with a hybrid LG system. Shad and his counterpart came has the water heater delivered to us the same day and they got it installed right away. I can’t say thank you enough to Shad and Phil for getting the job done and making me feel confident about the choice we made.
