If you are looking for a go-to plumbing company this is it. Our water heater went out. I called and spoke to a very friendly and helpful lady named Shannon. She dispatched Chad to us, and he was at our house within the hour. Good down to earth nice gice. Two hours later we have a new much better quality water heater at a fair price. I could not be more impressed with Reed and Son LLC. Highly recommend.

Reed and Son's just came out to assess our backed up tub due to a shared drain from our washer. They quickly identified the issue/clog and provided valuable information for us to maintain the drain to help avoid another clog in the future. They cleaned it out and had us do a load of laundry while they were here to ensure the clog had cleared and was no longer backing up into the tub. They offered additional options that they could do to help rectify the issue as well that we plan to eventually have them do. But they bought us some time to save for that expense. The guys were polite and honest. We highly recommend Reed and Son's.

Mike and Nicholas were beyond EXTREMELY wonderful! Their office was quick to take our call and help us out with a major plumbing emergency on a busy Friday with no hassle whatsoever. They were there within the hour, and were able to tell us the source of the issue even quicker. Not only were they kind and swift, but they also took the time to courteously explain how the incident occurred and how to work/fix it for the future. Reed and Son Plumbing was great to work with! They were very knowledgeable about the issues we were having and were able to fix our faucets and showers so they run like new again. They also found a slow leak in our basement on the main line that we had them fix as well. A few days before they came, our garbage disposal started leaking and they were able to replace that with one they had in the van, which we appreciated. Mike and Ryan G. were so friendly and did an excellent job! We’d use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Good guys. I felt very comfortable with them around. They explained everything that they were going to do. They quoted me the prices upfront. They demonstrated that the garbage disposal was functioning properly after repair and the washer connections and knobs we’re shiny and new.At the end they gave me a discount for having taught for 25 years in the public schools, which I thought was very thoughtful . I would highly recommend them.

We just bought a house and had had an issue with the installed dishwasher. A previous technician let us know that it was likely the pump and it would be better to just get a new one. We were luckily able to find one at a very reasonable price and Vince and Hunter came to install it. Unfortunately after running it for the first time, we still had water pooling at the bottom. They came out again and quickly discovered the issue. The garbage disposal did not have the hole punched out to allow the water to drain! It was an easy fix and they were great! We really appreciated their help and expertise

We wanted to install high end bidet toilet seats, after we returned from Japan. Reed and Sons got to me quickly upon calling them. It turned out that we had ordered the wrong seats, so I had to reorder them from Amazon. When the new seats arrived Alex and Dallas were out the next day. Shannon at the office gave me an estimated time for Alex and Dallas to arrive; between 8:00 am and 10:00am. At 7:59 the next morning , they arrived. They immediately got to work and were hauling out the trash and packing up by 9::20 am. They did a great job, leaving nothing behind. Thank you Reed and Sons, especially Shannon, Alex and Dallas.. i would definitely recommend this company for any water problems where you really need an experienced plumber.

Recently had a small leak that required a large section of pipe replaced. John and Chad came out and explained what the problem was, why it occurred and what needed to be done to ensure it did not happen again. They were both extremely professional, answered all of my questions and really put me at ease. They replaced the pipe, and even though it was in an unfinished basement, they made sure the area was cleaned up like they hadn’t even been there. Highly recommend them both!

Prompt response, on-site very quickly to assess the issue and were able to get a new well, pressure tank, and controller within a week. First controller did not work, but Reed & Sons were prepared with an interim pressure switch and came back next day with a replacement controller. Work was high quality and employees were very professional and took their time answering my questions and helping me to understand maintenance. Provided excellent advice on what I needed vs. what was a nice-to-have.
