Ryan did a great job moving a couple of hose bibs.

Had a water heater installed. The technician (Butch) arrived on time. He was very friendly and polite. He used drop cloths and boot covers to protect the floors. Started and finished the install in a timely manner. I would definitely use this service again and refer to others!

Chase and Alex arrived promptly and were very professional and took care of a very tough pipe repair. I had a turnoff valve that had been very slowly leaking on my I beam for who knows how long. They were able to put in new piping and valves successfully with only a small drywall repair needed (thanks to the horrible location of these valves). Clean up was great. I would use them again and highly recommend.

Joe and Ryan were top notch couldn't ask for better techs to come out and service your plumbing system. They arrived on time and ready to work. They explained the whole process thoroughly to me and answered the many questions that I had. They kept my bathroom extremely clean while performing there repair and made sure everything was the way they found it when leaving. They didn't even mind me looking over there shoulders and be noisy while asking even more questions during the repair. I highly recommend anybody to use reed and sons plumbing. They are definitely a top tier company and will use them again in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

A broken pipe in an upstairs bathroom caused moisture and discoloration on the ceiling below. The guys corrected the problem immediately and even fixed a toilet issue that we didn't know needed attention. The two guys were very personable and professional.

Our washing machine started leaking and the drain pan that we had installed previously failed to catch it, and water ended up leaking into the ceiling in the floor below. I called Reed & Son and they dispatched someone within 20 mins. I was very pleased with the quick response time. Mike and Chase did an excellent job installing the new drain pan for us and they made sure it was properly sealed and that the drain pipes were good, so we should never see this problem again. I really appreciate the effort these guys went through to correct the situation and put everything back and in order before leaving. Could not ask for better service. Highly recommend Reed & Son!!

The workmen that came to work on our kitchen drain and plumbing line in basement were very polite. They took time to answer questions. And took time to explain everything when I didn’t know how things worked. And did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards.

Professional, responsive, honest. Vince came to evaluate some issues we were having with our tankless water heater and water softener system. He took his time explaining how the systems work and why we were having such issues with them. His knowledge in the trade and care for excellent customer service were evident. I asked for a detailed quote, which he sent immediately following the appointment.

More recently, we had Chad and Hunter come out to do work at both our house and warehouse - Both were very knowledgeable, skilled and helpful.

We had a tub spout that was dripping and a DIY vanity install that needed to be re-done (p trap) so I decided on Reed and Son based on other positive reviews. I was able to schedule 2 days out, but then was offered one day earlier due to someone else rescheduling. Ryan G. and Butch arrived this morning, evaluated what needed to be done, and provided an estimate. They were super nice, wore booties in the house, and quickly went to work replacing the tub cartridge and re-doing the under sink plumbing. In about an hour and a half, all was done and cleaned up and they were on their way. They provided detailed paperwork and before-and-after photos, and no upcharge for using a credit card. I will definitely call them again as needed.

Master technicians, great service, great company. I have used Reed & Sons for several years, and my experience has always been perfect. This time was no exception. We had company coming the next day for the holidays, and we had a leaking pipe. Mike was our technician. He showed up first thing in the morning and surveyed the damage. We agreed on the work and price, and he had the parts delivered right away. He replaced 2 hose bibs and the main well tank. The work was done quickly, skillfully, and at the quoted cost. Everything was put back perfectly as if nothing had been done, and we were up and running before the guests arrived. It is always a pleasure working with experts who know their trade and do work quickly, correctly, and expertly the first time. We’ve used Reed & Sons for years. They have come done our well pump replacement, outdoor hydrant installations, and septic plumbing inspections. They are honest, on time, reliable, fairly priced, and their work lasts. Some of their competitors charge high rates just to show up for an estimate. We trust Reed & Sons and they have earned our loyalty.

I had a toilet system that was continuously getting clogged and causing blowback on other connected systems. Shad and his associates dug up and correctly rebuilt the drain so now it allowed the proper flow to the septic stack. Reed and Son have been at the house numerous times for both large and small jobs. They have never disappointed. This last (small) job was no exception.
