Alex and Dillon were prompt. I showed them the 5 things I needed addressed and they quickly went to work diagnosing the problems. They had to cut a 6' section of pipe, out of my basement, that was leaking from my upstairs toilet, and replace it with new pipe. They unclogged my 1 drain, assessed the faucet and fixture leaks and ordered the parts to repair. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up before they left.

I highly recommend Reed & Son Services. Shad came out promptly to survey the work and give an estimate -- no charge unlike some others in area. Shad understood what I wanted and was able to describe and discuss materials and job nuances clearly. Once I gave the go-ahead, the work was scheduled promptly and Shad, Matt, and Chad came out to do the work. They did a great job, the work was done well, with attention to detail and pride of workmanship, and the finished job was exactly as I specified. I've seen a lot of piping in my career as a engineer and these guys do things well. They are definitely my first call for future work.

Reed and Son Services were fantastic!!! They were extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They helped us install our new gas stove and gas hook up. They did everything from start to finish. They arrived on time and were very easy to communicate with. I would definitely work with them again and I would recommend them to anyone!

They were available the day after I called to make an appointment. The professionalism of the two guys that came and immediately figured out the problem with the shower drain that was leaking into our ceiling below. Reliable and timely service every time I’ve used them. They’ve replaced my water heater, repaired and replaced toilets and more.

Called for an estimate, they came out in two days and gave me a reasonable price and they had the part with them, (outside water faicet) so i had them do the job and they were done in less them an hour. Friendly techs who I would definitely use and recommend for future needs.
